• Deliver high-quality interim placements for senior finance roles including CFO, Finance Director, and Financial Controller.
• Develop and maintain a network of 400+ senior finance professionals within the defined regional patch.
• Identify and manage candidate move motivations, availability, and rate expectations.
• Partner on senior appointment strategy and market approach to influence wider business teams.
• Maintain high data quality and market-to-market discipline using industry-leading tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting senior finance contractors such as FD, FC, or CFO.
• Principal-level capability with demonstrated confidence, credibility, and commercial impact.
• Strong regional market knowledge across Bristol, Bath, and surrounding areas.
• Demonstrated success in building and sustaining a contract daybook.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across teams.
• High standards regarding data integrity, process, and candidate experience.
