Senior Finance Contract Recruiter (Senior Level Apps £600+ per day)

Location: Bristol, Bath, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall, UK; flexible hybrid working

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 plus uncapped commission; placements are £600+ per day

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality interim placements of £600+ per day across the defined geography.
• Build and maintain a fully mapped and coded network of 400+ senior finance professionals.
• Identify and manage candidates’ move motivations, availability, rate expectations and preferences.
• Partner on senior appointments strategy and market approach.
• Maintain strong internal and external PR aligned with collaboration and an inclusive culture.
• Maintain high data quality, LinkedIn Recruiter activity and market-to-market discipline.

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting senior finance contractors, including Finance Directors, Financial Controllers, CFOs and transformation professionals.
• Principal-level capability, with confidence, credibility and commercial impact.
• Demonstrated success building and sustaining a contract daybook.
• Strong regional market knowledge across Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across teams.
• High standards around data integrity, process and candidate experience.
