What you will do

• Manage complex client relationships and navigate organizational hierarchies to deepen partnerships with key executives.
• Identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities through deep understanding of client supply chains.
• Architect 3-year supply chain roadmaps that align with the client's global business goals.
• Lead client onboarding and create standard operating procedures to guide implementation stages and timelines.
• Coordinate with global counterparts in Asia, North America, and Latin America to ensure a consistent account experience.
• Monitor client metrics and collaborate with Global Operations teams to address escalations and solve issues effectively.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English and Flemish is required.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, sales/account management, or a client-facing role.
• 2+ years of experience specifically in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Proven track record of consultative selling and growing customer accounts.
• Strong business acumen, structured thinking, and next-level attention to detail.
• Must be located in or able to work from Antwerpen, Belgium.
