What you will do

  • Execute the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and pitching to negotiation and onboarding.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and onsite customer meetings to identify decision-makers.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of Enterprise and Mid-Market customers while providing accurate sales forecasts.
  • Partner with the Account Management team to ensure high long-term customer retention.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams by sharing customer feedback to enhance product value.
  • Continuously refine sales techniques through role-play, objection-handling exercises, and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in German.
  • 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience with Enterprise or Mid-Market customers.
  • Direct sales experience specifically within Supply Chain SaaS.
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
