What you will do

• Lead market growth strategies across customer segments, assets, and strategic partnerships.
• Support solution sales pursuits from opportunity identification through to contract closure.
• Identify and drive organic and inorganic investment opportunities for network expansion.
• Form and manage strategic relationships with data centers, cloud providers, and public sector bodies.
• Develop programmatic revenue growth initiatives and provide competitive landscape insights.
• Engage with internal sales teams through education, executive-level presentations, and consultative support.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or Economics.
• 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or product management within the telecom or network services sector.
• Fluent German and English proficiency required.
• Solid understanding of the cloud, colocation, and data center ecosystem.
• Deep knowledge of fibre, transport, and Layer 3 services (Dark Fiber, Wavelengths, Ethernet, IP Transit).
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
