What you will do
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across the DACH region.
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
- Identify, recruit, and develop strategic channel and technology partners.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Pre-Sales.
Requirements
- Native-level German and professional fluency in English required.
- Must be based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
- Proven success in enterprise software or B2B solution sales.
- Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
- Demonstrated success in developing new markets and driving regional growth.
- Strong understanding of the DACH business landscape.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience building and managing channel or partner relationships.
