Account Manager

What you will do

• Prospect for potential customers through direct outreach, networking, and reseller partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities and understand client needs within the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement mutual plans with customers to align on outcomes and timelines.
• Prepare and conduct high-impact presentations for senior management at large client organizations.
• Build and nurture trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external technology partners to deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

• German: Fluent required
• English: Fluent required
• 3-5 years of experience in direct software sales at a vendor or reseller.
• Proven track record of driving and closing business with net new logos.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Must be based in Germany

Nice to have

• Certification in Value Selling or MEDDPICC methodology.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
