Location: Must be based in Germany (Remote/Hybrid options available in Berlin).

What you will do

  • Proactively reach out to new customers to expand market penetration.
  • Negotiate complex deals with significant terms and conditions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for large accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through proactive sales efforts.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through tailored solutions and exceptional service.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Health Care, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable sales role, preferably in Health or SaaS.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or other CRM), Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Willingness to travel (25%).

Nice to have

  • Experience in the healthcare information technology (HIT) industry.
  • Strong understanding of the DACH market landscape.
