HRIS Analyst Specialist II (Workday)

What you will do

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday HCM, with emphasis on Benefits and Absence Management.
• Handle business-as-usual requests, including reports, organizational structures, EIB processing, data loading, and validation.
• Create and modify Workday reports, calculated fields, eligibility rules, and validation rules based on business needs.
• Support business processes, including validation rules and business policies, and provide guidance to business users.
• Work with Workday Recruiting, ATS processes, talent and performance functionality, and related reporting.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday system solutions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with Workday HCM.
• Professional configuration experience in Workday; certification is an advantage.
• Ability to create and modify reports, calculated fields, eligibility rules, and validation rules.
• Understanding of the Workday ecosystem, HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, and Absence Management.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate confidently with business users.
• Confident spoken English is required.
