Procurement Consultant (IT)

Location: Remote (USA), must be able to travel to Chattanooga, TN for final interviews and as needed

What you will do

• Lead the negotiation and contracting of complex and business-critical IT agreements.
• Serve as the primary business contact for enterprise procurement activities across all technology categories.
• Facilitate vendor relationship management and contract renewals for business stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes by leveraging AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Information Security, Privacy, and Risk teams to execute contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience (minimum 4 years).
• 5+ years of experience in a sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or contracting role.
• 2+ years of leadership and/or project management experience.
• Advanced expertise in contracting and category development/management.
• US work authorization is required (sponsorship is not available).
• Ability to work with all levels of staff and senior management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Enterprise Agreements (EA/ELA) and Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of cloud marketplaces and enterprise software licensing.
• Hands-on experience with professional services and telecom sourcing.
