What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop diverse teams of AI specialists, data professionals, and engineers across multiple regions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to establish priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Drive sustainable delivery through effective planning, risk management, and operational execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business strategy into actionable short- and medium-term plans.
• Provide technical guidance for the delivery of production-grade AI solutions, including ML and agentic workflows.
• Recruit and onboard top talent to build long-term organizational capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in Data, AI, ML, or Software Engineering environments.
• Experience delivering Data and AI solutions in production environments.
• Ability to lead geographically distributed teams across various time zones.
• Proficiency in Agile/Lean delivery frameworks, MLOps, and DevOps practices.
• Must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application (no visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Previous experience leading other managers or team leads.
• Master's degree in AI, Data Science, or Computer Science.
• Experience scaling organizations during periods of growth or transformation.
