• Lead delivery lanes of AI initiatives, specifically focused on forward-deployed AI engineering.

• Oversee and execute automation tasks in a 50% hands-on capacity.
• Drive initiatives for standardization and templates in agentic setups to accelerate onboarding across new business domains.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Strong background in building and running DS/ML/AI systems in production with direct business impact.
• Proficiency in internal stakeholder communication and cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to balance quick iteration cycles for business impact with rigorous technical quality standards.
