What you will do

• Partner with the Chief Data Scientist to translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes and organizational objectives.
• Establish and maintain a clear operating rhythm and governance frameworks to support decision-making and accountability.
• Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Technology leadership.
• Develop and manage performance frameworks using OKRs and KPIs to track organizational health and delivery progress.
• Drive organizational development initiatives to improve employee engagement and leadership capability.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Data Scientist, managing executive focus and anticipating emerging risks.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in technology strategy, operations, transformation, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives within complex, global organizations.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, influencing, and navigating ambiguity.
• Experience creating governance frameworks and operational rhythms.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of preparing executive-level materials.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK

Nice to have

• Experience within Data Science, AI, or Product Development organizations.
• Understanding of AI governance and technology operating models.
• Experience leading organizational change management or business optimization initiatives.
