What you will do

• Open the Nordic market and build a team of forward deployed engineers.
• Identify critical audio and voice AI needs for strategic customers and design bespoke technical integrations.
• Lead end-to-end execution of major projects and deliver high-impact AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to integrate field insights into core software and AI models.
• Present technical proposals and results to audiences ranging from engineering teams to C-suite executives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Denmark or Sweden.
• Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to hire and manage high-performing technical teams.
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for prototyping and demo building.
• Strong ability to align technical strategy with business objectives, deal structures, and revenue impact.
