What you will do

• Manage systematic outbound prospecting across the German market to qualify target accounts.
• Handle inbound, campaign, and event-sourced leads within defined SLAs.
• Conduct first-call discovery meetings to qualify need, fit, and timing.
• Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain accurate activity records and manage the handoff process in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to optimize account targeting.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English (C1/C2 level).
• Must be based in Germany.
• Ability to travel across Europe for client engagements.
• Familiarity with software sales concepts or technology market trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn CRM systems and sales tools.
