What you will do
- Hunt for new enterprise leads using cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify prospects and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team.
- Research target accounts and tailor outbound messaging to key decision-makers.
- Track all sales activity in the CRM and iterate on outreach strategies.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales (BDR/SDR), ideally within B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience in cold outreach and prospecting.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI, data, or enterprise technology sales.
- Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian.
