What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective customers by identifying and engaging new accounts through personalized multi-channel outreach.
- Execute high-quality outbound activities to consistently meet and exceed monthly meeting and pipeline goals.
- Research and uncover new opportunities aligned with the company's ideal customer profile.
- Utilize AI and automation tools, including Nooks, to prioritize outreach and personalize engagement at scale.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify leads and refine outreach strategies.
- Maintain precise prospect and activity data within the CRM.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or MDR in a high-velocity sales environment.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proficiency with a modern GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Cognism.
- Proven track record of hitting activity and pipeline goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for personalized prospecting and objection handling.
- Resilient, coachable mindset with a passion for performance-driven sales.
