What you will do

  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective customers by identifying and engaging new accounts through personalized multi-channel outreach.
  • Execute high-quality outbound activities to consistently meet and exceed monthly meeting and pipeline goals.
  • Research and uncover new opportunities aligned with the company's ideal customer profile.
  • Utilize AI and automation tools, including Nooks, to prioritize outreach and personalize engagement at scale.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify leads and refine outreach strategies.
  • Maintain precise prospect and activity data within the CRM.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or MDR in a high-velocity sales environment.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proficiency with a modern GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Cognism.
  • Proven track record of hitting activity and pipeline goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for personalized prospecting and objection handling.
  • Resilient, coachable mindset with a passion for performance-driven sales.

  • Experience in marketing, advertising, or agency sales.
