What you will do

• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and workforce needs.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing recruitment team while defining operational SLAs.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring demands and define candidate profiles.
• Leverage data and analytics to optimize hiring processes and track key performance indicators.
• Implement inclusive hiring practices to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Enhance employer branding and manage relationships with external recruitment partners.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in recruiting for technical roles across engineering, product, and data teams.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute scalable hiring strategies.
• Strong track record of using recruiting analytics, KPIs, and ATS platforms.
• Hands-on experience implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies.
• Expertise in employer branding initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
