TL;DR
Procurement Intern (Supply Chain/Finance): Supporting daily procurement operations and administrative workflows with an accent on vendor onboarding, purchase order management, and contract administration. Location: Must be based in Portugal (Hybrid role with potential for onsite office work).

What you will do
- Administer signature workflows for supplier contracts via DocuSign and ensure documentation compliance.
- Route and approve Purchase Orders (POs) within the ERP platform and handle receipting for departments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for collecting, verifying, and onboarding new vendors.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and internal stakeholders to track contractual reviews.
- Utilize AI and data platforms to streamline procurement data analysis and optimize vendor assessment profiles.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, specifically Google Sheets.
- High level of accuracy in data entry, invoice review, and record-keeping.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactive attitude with an eagerness to learn digital procurement systems and financial workflows.
- Comfort using generative AI or automation tools to solve operational problems.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Google Looker Studio.
