What you will do
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all inventory movements within the ERP system.
- Monitor and control inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations to optimize cost-efficiency.
- Create and maintain transportation orders while communicating effectively with suppliers and carriers.
- Prepare and manage all required transportation documentation, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Analyze key logistics KPIs to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, and customer service teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Transportation management, or Supply Chain.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software.
- Analytical, methodical, and process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with Odoo (ERP).
- Experience in inventory management within multiple locations.
- Experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance, and incoterms.
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements.
