What you will do

• Manage the preparation and distribution of Requests for Proposal (RFP) for supply chain categories.
• Build comparative bid models to analyze supplier pricing and identify cost drivers.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to track industry trends and capacity constraints.
• Assist in developing negotiation strategies using historical spend and performance data.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for contract execution and vendor onboarding.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounts Payable to support budget processes and invoice management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business, or Engineering.
• 1-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or operational supply chain roles.
• Fluent in English.
• Advanced data analysis skills, including proficiency in building cost comparison templates and complex formulas.
• Basic knowledge of finance and core business processes.
• Ability to work effectively within strict deadlines.
