Location: Chicago, United States; remote work indicated by #LI-Remote; travel up to 50% may be required

Salary: $165,000–$190,000 base annually; total estimated compensation including annual incentive: $189,750–$237,350

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions from requirements gathering through post-go-live support.
• Act as the architect lead for solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Manage client-facing engagements across pursuit, delivery, and project phases.
• Conduct data analysis and develop recommendations that address client challenges.
• Support practice development, mentor team members, and lead project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 6–10+ years of cloud implementation experience in a consulting role.
• 5–7+ years as a functional lead or technical specialist with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Deep expertise in non-U.S. and Canadian tax regulations and employment laws.
• Experience coaching and developing others, providing industry insight, and identifying value-creation opportunities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
