What you will do

• Plan and initiate complex, high-impact projects by defining charters, scope, resources, schedules, budgets, feasibility, and risks.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate workloads, milestones, deliverables, and project communications using tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and Trello.
• Manage risks, issues, escalations, conflicts, change requests, project budgets, vendor contracts, and resource capacity.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and facilitate status meetings, presentations, and executive briefings.
• Conduct post-project reviews, share lessons learned, mentor junior project managers, and promote consistent project management standards.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive project management experience, preferably in IT, construction, healthcare, finance, or manufacturing.
• Expert knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLM platforms and agentic AI tools, including Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, and next-generation agent frameworks such as Manus.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing enterprise projects with multiple stakeholders and budgets of $1M or more.
• A bachelor's degree is required; PMP, CSM, or a relevant certification is strongly preferred.

• Master's degree in business administration or a related discipline.
• Experience with industry-specific regulatory and compliance requirements.
