Sage X3 Project Manager (ERP)

Location: Remote within the United States, with a minimum of 20% travel to US client locations

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Act as the primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout ERP implementation projects.
• Develop project plans covering timelines, milestones, budgets, deliverables, and resources.
• Lead project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage third-party deliverables.
• Oversee project financials, time entries, scope changes, budgets, and revenue recognition.
• Lead status meetings, stakeholder communications, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and executive updates.
• Close projects, document lessons learned, and coordinate transitions to post-implementation support.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of progressive experience leading ERP implementation projects using Sage X3 or comparable ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, Syspro, ProcessPro, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience managing end-to-end ERP projects in process manufacturing or distribution manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and a record of achieving business objectives and performance metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree and PMP certification required.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States and travel at least 20% to US client locations.
