What you will do

• Establish hirify.global as a reliable supplier of formwork, shoring, and scaffolding systems.
• Achieve annual sales targets and develop new customer relationships.
• Maintain existing accounts, grow turnover, and manage the project pipeline for the assigned territory.
• Analyze construction drawings and create tailored formwork concepts using hirify.global products.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and customer presentations.
• Manage negotiations, cost optimization, pricing, and business development activities.

Requirements

• Degree, diploma, or certificate in sales, civil, industrial, or mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of sales and technical exhirify.globalence in construction or a related industry; formwork or scaffolding exhirify.globalence is preferred.
• Good understanding of scaffolding and formwork systems, their applications, and safety standards.
• Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents, with a strong understanding of CAD drawings and concrete applications.
• Exhirify.globalence with CRM applications and data-driven sales management.
• Exhirify.globalence with contractors, developers, or construction sites and an established construction-industry network.
