Technical Sales Support for Industrial Electrification and Power Systems

What you will do

• Plan, scope, schedule, and manage complex industrial electrification projects and programs from initiation through closure.
• Manage project budgets, resources, timelines, dependencies, documentation, financial performance, risks, and formal change control.
• Provide technical governance for electrification solutions including substations, E-houses, and BESS.
• Review technical deliverables for scope, quality, and performance compliance and act as a technical authority on complex issues.
• Coordinate with engineering, service, procurement, and other stakeholders while communicating project status and outcomes.
• Coach, mentor, and review the work of junior professionals and project engineers.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in technical project management focused on industrial electrification or related automation and digitalization projects in the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience independently managing complex turnkey projects, including brownfield retrofit and migration projects.
• Knowledge of electrical system studies and power-system software tools such as ETAP and PowerFactory.
• Skills in project scoping, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and leadership.
• PMP certification, certification for power-system software tools, and essential EHS standards and certifications.
