What you will do

  • Identify, engage, and onboard referral partners, including agents, corporate service providers, and incorporation intermediaries.
  • Negotiate and close referral agreements to expand the partner network and generate new business opportunities.
  • Drive merchant acquisition through strategic referrals and direct business development efforts.
  • Maintain regular face-to-face engagement with assigned agents and partners to maximize referral activity.
  • Collect market feedback and partner insights to support continuous business improvements.
  • Track performance against acquisition, activation, and conversion KPIs using CRM records.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in field sales.
  • Proven success in high-volume customer acquisition or lead generation environments.
  • Experience working with brokers, agents, distributors, or referral networks.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop business relationships quickly.
  • High resilience, self-motivation, and comfort operating in a target-driven environment.
  • Location: Must be based in Hong Kong for on-site work
