What you will do
- Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio
- Identify and acquire new customers in line with company strategy
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiations, and contracts
- Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
- Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports
- Represent the company at client meetings and events
Requirements
- Good understanding of the Singapore market
- Proven experience in B2B sales (HRIS industry experience is a plus)
- Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with regional teams
- Fluent in English
