What you will do

  • Identify and onboard referral partners, including agents, corporate service providers, and incorporation intermediaries.
  • Negotiate and close referral agreements to expand the partner network and increase solution adoption.
  • Drive merchant acquisition through referrals and direct business development efforts.
  • Maintain regular face-to-face engagement with assigned agents and partners to maximize activity.
  • Track performance against acquisition, activation, and conversion targets using CRM records.
  • Collect market feedback and partner insights to support business and product improvements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in field sales.
  • Proven background in the FMCG industry.
  • Success in high-volume customer acquisition or lead generation environments.
  • Ability to build trust and develop business relationships quickly.
  • High resilience and comfort operating in a target-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with brokers, agents, distributors, or channel partners.
