What you will do

  • Own complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end, from diagnosis and scoping to confirming field impact.
  • Collaborate across the ops ecosystem, including CC agents, BPO factory heads, and legal, compliance, and data teams.
  • Support teammates from various backgrounds in developing their project management capabilities.
  • Monitor and iterate on previously launched initiatives to ensure KPIs remain stable and targets are hit.
  • Stay connected to production reality by handling at least one customer care ticket per week.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or a management role.
  • Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects without relying on formal reporting authority.
  • Strong data fluency and comfort with business modelling in Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on accountability for business outcomes (cost, compliance, CX).
  • AI-open mindset with a curiosity or experience in using AI tools to optimize work.
  • Background in fintech, banking, or consulting is a plus.
