What you will do

• Develop and execute a robust joint business model, including pricing structures and revenue-share frameworks.
• Lead the strategic replatforming of legacy business, securing long-term revenue commitments and transition plans.
• Recruit and mentor cross-functional teams across Product, R&D, Marketing, and Operations.
• Manage an Executive Steering Committee to oversee partnership progress and resolve escalations.
• Drive pilot programs and ensure successful transitions from legacy solutions to hirify.global products.
• Achieve designated revenue targets and maintain key performance indicators like Net Revenue Retention.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partner management, or consulting for cloud-based service providers.
• 6+ years of leadership experience in partnership activities for a SaaS provider, ideally with Akamai or CDN partners.
• Proven track record of quota attainment in sales and alliances management.
• Advanced understanding of CDN services, pricing, packaging, and GTM tactics.
• Ability to travel as required for partner meetings and industry events.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
