Senior Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Lausanne, Canton of Vaud, Switzerland; Switzerland. Hybrid work with some level of in-office and in-person expectations. Travel to prospective customer sites as necessary.

What you will do

• Act as the trusted technical advisor for customers across French-speaking Switzerland.
• Own technical engagement throughout existing-customer and new-business sales cycles.
• Architect and position storage, data management, hybrid cloud, and AI-driven solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Lead customer discovery, technical workshops, hands-on proofs of concept, and commercial technology presentations.
• Collaborate with client executives, channel partners, specialists, and internal teams to drive demand generation, enablement, joint selling, implementation, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop ROI/TCO overviews, answer RFPs, and communicate competitive advantages.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5 years with a master's degree.
• At least 4 years of successful experience supporting enterprise or large customers in complex sales cycles.
• Strong knowledge of data storage, data protection and continuity, cybersecurity, virtualization, containers, and ideally cloud architectures.
• Strong discovery, communication, presentation, technical pre-sales, and hands-on POC skills.
• Excellent written and verbal French and English communication skills, including technology-oriented commercial presentations and RFP responses.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities, own solutions and architectures, and collaborate across customer and partner environments.
