What you will do

• Act as the trusted technical advisor for hirify.global’s success across the French-speaking region of Switzerland.
• Architect and position solutions within complex enterprise environments, covering hybrid cloud and AI-driven technologies.
• Own the technical engagement throughout the sales cycle for both new and existing business opportunities.
• Conduct hands-on Proof of Concepts (POCs) and lead technical workshops for customers.
• Collaborate with Client Executives and channel partners to drive demand generation and joint selling motions.
• Create ROI/TCO overviews to demonstrate the competitive advantages of proposed solution offerings.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Lausanne, Switzerland (Hybrid).
• 4+ years of success supporting enterprise customers in complex sales cycles (financial services experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Data Storage, Data Protection, Virtualization, Containers, and Cloud architectures.
• Excellent written and verbal proficiency in both French and English.
• Minimum 6 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5 years with a Master’s degree.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as necessary.
