TL;DR
Solution Architect (ServiceNow): Designing and implementing end-to-end ServiceNow architectures for global enterprise clients with an accent on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules. Focus on designing complex integration architectures, maintaining platform guardrails, and translating business needs into sustainable technical solutions.
Location: Hybrid in DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland); willingness to travel up to 15%
Salary: From €4,485 gross per month (specified for Austria)

What you will do
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow architectures across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop integration architectures using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Service Graph Connectors.
- Define and maintain platform architecture principles, standards, and guardrails.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to align technical designs with business objectives.
- Support pre-sales activities, including scoping, sizing, and delivering platform demos.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Technical Consultant.
- Deep expertise in ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM Discovery (on-prem and cloud).
- Proficiency in Flow Designer, JavaScript, SQL, import sets, and transform maps.
- Professional level German and English (written and verbal).
- Must be based in the DACH region.
- ServiceNow CSA and CIS-ITSM certifications.
Nice to have
- Additional CIS certifications (Discovery, SAM, HAM) or CTA certification.
- Experience with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid project delivery frameworks.
