Solution Manager - Architect (with Avaloq Experience)

What you will do

• Design and architect end-to-end banking solutions using hirify.global platform capabilities and best practices.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Lead solution implementation projects from design through deployment, ensuring delivery quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals to execute solution roadmaps.
• Guide and mentor development teams, conduct solution reviews, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Configure hirify.global modules, document architectures, support pre-sales, and present technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience implementing and configuring the hirify.global platform.
• Strong expertise in banking and financial-services solution architecture.
• Experience managing complex solution implementations and designing scalable technical solutions.
• Proficiency in system integration, APIs, and data management in banking environments.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• hirify.global certification or formal training credentials.
• Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior architects.
• Background in change management, organizational transformation, banking-system migrations, or multiple banking implementations.
• Fluency in German.
