Finance Solution Architect (EPM)

Location: Bern, Switzerland, with the option to work from a hirify.global office in Switzerland or from a home office.

What you will do

• Define, maintain, and evolve architecture principles, target architectures, and technical standards for Group Finance.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solution architectures.
• Develop integration strategies and support strategic transformation initiatives across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with Business, Controlling, Accounting, IT, and Governance stakeholders.
• Coordinate architecture topics and provide functional leadership across multiple teams and organizational units.
• Promote modern ways of working and strengthen collaboration between architecture, delivery, and operations.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Application Architecture, ideally in a large corporate environment.
• Experience with Enterprise Performance Management, analytical systems, and MOLAP technologies.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and solid expertise in security and cloud technologies, ideally AWS.
• Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes, plus experience with complex transformation and integration projects.
• Ability to communicate technical and business topics effectively and coordinate activities across multiple teams.
• Excellent German and English required. French or Italian is an advantage.
