Focus on building growth forecasts, defining key performance metrics, and delivering executive-level recommendations.

Location: Onsite in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (5 days a week)

What you will do

• Translate business performance data into actionable insights to support regional growth.
• Provide focused, executive-level recommendations for senior decision-making.
• Define and own key performance metrics, targets, and dashboards aligned with commercial strategy.
• Build growth forecasts and monitor performance across regions, partners, and distribution channels.
• Lead data visualization and insight storytelling for strategic leadership discussions.
• Act as a senior analytics partner influencing stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience at a large management consulting firm.
• Expertise in data analysis and dashboarding (e.g., Power BI).
• Proven ability to create executive-level content and visually compelling storytelling in PowerPoint.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence working with senior leadership.
• Relevant degree or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
• Must be available for a 5 day a week on-site presence in Dubai.

Nice to have

• Experience with Think-cell.
• Knowledge of Python, Snowflake, and SQL queries.
