Business Analyst

BUSINESS ANALYST, Dubai | Currently Available in UAE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
4-8 years of experience in business process analysis, process reengineering, or service transformation.
Strong experience in business process modeling methodologoes and techniques.
Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Review services and processes proposed for onboarding, transformation, or improvement.
Analyze business rules, service scope, eligibility criteria, and end-to-end workflows.
Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process maps to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks.
Reengineer and optimize processes to improve efficiency, turnaround time, and service quality.
Ensure services are business-ready, operationally feasible, and suitable for implementation or
digitization.
Elicit, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
