What you will do
- Manage quantitative research projects end-to-end, from questionnaire design and fieldwork to analysis and reporting.
- Transform data into compelling narratives and stories that clients can act on, moving beyond basic charts.
- Identify commercial opportunities within accounts to drive regional growth and new work.
- Coordinate work-flow planning and troubleshooting with support teams, including scripting and data processing.
- Integrate AI and automation tools into daily workflows to speed up analysis and questionnaire checks.
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients across various industries in the MENA region.
Requirements
- Must be based in Dubai, UAE (Hybrid setup).
- 5+ years of quantitative market research experience, including direct client management.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong confidence in presenting data-driven stories to clients.
- Experience with statistical analysis, data weighting, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Genuine curiosity and interest in using AI tools for research improvement.
Nice to have
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in upselling or growing client accounts.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI or automation tools in a research context.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior researchers.
