What you will do
- Manage and grow high-value, complex client relationships across the MENA region.
- Translate complex quantitative data into compelling narratives and actionable stories for senior stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end research projects, including proposals, questionnaire development, fieldwork monitoring, and reporting.
- Champion the adoption of AI and automation tools to optimize team workflows and efficiency.
- Mentor junior researchers and help shape the team's day-to-day operational standards.
- Identify and act on commercial opportunities to expand account value and regional success.
Requirements
- 7-8+ years of quantitative market research experience, including client management and team leadership.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Must be based in Dubai, UAE to support a hybrid work arrangement.
- Proficiency in managing face-to-face and online data collection processes.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data weighting.
- Strong ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects under tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience using AI or automation tools within a research or analytics context.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on upselling and account growth.
- Proven experience in mentoring junior team members.
