What you will do

• Analyze and document complex end-to-end business processes across intercompany shipments and order-to-cash cycles.
• Lead ERP development by collaborating with technology partners to model transactions within the system.
• Evaluate the impact of process design on business performance, financial reporting, and cross-entity coordination.
• Identify process gaps and control risks through hands-on evaluation of finance and customer service operations.
• Develop and implement standardization initiatives to align system capabilities with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment across multiple international entities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Operations.
• 6-10 years of experience in Finance operations such as O2C or intercompany accounting.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP is critical for the role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and indirect taxation.
• Proven track record in business process analysis and improvement.
• Experience working within multi-entity or principal company structures.

• Background in export/import environments.
