What you will do

• Architect, build, and launch reliable data models and pipelines using DBT and Snowflake.
• Design and implement metrics and dimensions to enable self-service analysis and structured KPI reporting.
• Interface with data engineers, analysts, and business partners to understand and fulfill decision-making needs.
• Define and share best practices for metric, dimension, and data model development.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance development efficiency and documentation quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in analytics engineering.
• 3+ years of experience with Python and DBT.
• Expert SQL skills for data modeling and query optimization.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Proven ability to succeed in a remote-work environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with BI tools and semi-structured data formats like JSON.
• Marketing Analytics or ML analytics engineering experience.
• Proficiency in source code management tools like GIT or BitBucket.
