Salary: $100,000 - $118,750 CAD (Base for Ontario)

What you will do

• Build and deploy end-to-end models to drive data-driven decision-making and stay ahead of organizational trends.
• Translate complex statistical outputs into compelling narratives and business recommendations for executives.
• Design and maintain automated workflows and data products using dbt and Snowflake to enable self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with People and Technology leaders to define data structures, APIs, and export capabilities.
• Oversee data governance to ensure high quality and compliance of employee data management.
• Develop dimensional data models, LLM, and NLP models to optimize analytical reporting and performance.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in people analytics or workforce data science within fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines using SQL and Python.
• Background in partnering with HR/People teams to deliver executive-level reporting on people data.
• Understanding of AI/ML applications in people analytics and commitment to ethical data use.
• Must be located in Canada.
