Annual Salary: $270,000 - $320,000 USD

What you will do

• Deliver high-impact analyses and deep dives on financial performance to finance and executive leadership
• Build and maintain canonical datasets, dashboards, and scaled reporting for real-time financial visibility
• Partner with Finance & Strategy teams (Product, Compute, GTM, Corporate) to answer key questions and streamline workflows
• Establish analytics engineering and BI best practices including data management, governance, and standards
• Develop scalable data pipelines with Data Infrastructure, Analytics Engineering, and Financial Systems teams
• Champion data-informed decision making across the organization

Requirements

• 6+ years hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and/or analytics engineering, ideally with Finance & Strategy, Data Infrastructure
• Highly proficient in SQL and Python for analysis, data manipulation, ETL/ELT, automation
• Track record of analyses influencing business or leadership decisions
• Extensive experience with data visualization and using Claude / AI tools for data analysis and BI
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and modern data stack (dbt, Airflow)
• Hands-on with financial systems and building downstream data models
• Excel at translating complex questions into analyses and technical solutions; communicate with executives
• Detail-oriented with commitment to data accuracy; thrive in fast-paced environments
