What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor for clients on complex cloud, technology, and engineering challenges.
• Lead discovery, design sessions, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concept projects.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for performance, scalability, availability, and security.
• Support teams in improving engineering effectiveness, DevSecOps, automation, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams delivering platforms and services across diverse environments.
• Manage and mentor colleagues to develop their technical, consulting, and leadership capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience as a Principal or Lead Cloud Architect, Technical Architect, or Engineering Leader.
• Strong track record of designing and delivering solutions using modern cloud technologies and engineering practices.
• Ability to articulate complex technical solutions and their value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in fast-paced, Agile, delivery-oriented environments with a "show by doing" approach.
• Must be based in or able to work from London.
• English: C1+ proficiency required (all application documents must be in English).

• Experience in consulting, presales activities, proposals, or bid management.
