What you will do

• Develop application and technology roadmaps to support transformation and migration programmes.
• Design flexible, scalable, and reusable solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead solution design ownership, ensuring stakeholder approval and governance sign-off.
• Collaborate with business teams to define target operating models and technology business cases.
• Promote Agile delivery and DevSecOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Review designs and provide architectural guidance to technical leads and development teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years' experience designing and delivering architecture solutions within core insurance platforms.
• Proven expertise in the insurance lifecycle, including underwriting, claims, policy administration, and billing.
• Extensive experience delivering core insurance platform projects, specifically Guidewire.
• Deep knowledge of Cloud, Microservices, API-led, Event-driven, and SOA architectures.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in London.

Nice to have

• TOGAF certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
