What you will do

• Monitor and sustain critical backend manufacturing processes, including yield, test time, and key performance indicators.
• Perform structured root cause analysis using methodologies like 5 Why, Fishbone, and DMAIC to resolve process excursions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including work instructions, PFMEA, and control plans.
• Utilize Python, C, C++, or SQL to automate testing, control scripting, and perform data crunching.
• Partner with equipment and automation teams to optimize process recipes and reduce failure modes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and meet company objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience in manufacturing process environments is preferred.
• Exposure to process setup, mapping, and control.
• Working knowledge of Python, C, C++, or SQL is an advantage.
