What you will do

• Perform system integration, testing, and specification validation to ensure product performance.
• Lead system-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for manufacturing and field escalations.
• Conduct performance evaluations including error budgeting and measurement uncertainty analysis.
• Design and execute experiments and characterization studies to support product validation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, software, and algorithm teams to resolve system issues.
• Provide technical leadership for product ramp support and customer installations.

Requirements

• PhD in science or engineering, or Master's degree with 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience.
• Strong system-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Solid understanding of metrology systems, calibration, and error budgeting.
• Hands-on experience with electromechanical, optical, or precision instrumentation systems.
• Proficiency in engineering data analysis using Python, MATLAB, or JMP.
• Experience with DOE, GRR, ANOVA, and statistical analysis.
