What you will do

• Lead all aspects of the production process, including equipment set-up, maintenance, fabrication, and testing.
• Manage manpower deployment and operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines.
• Perform complex electrical tasks as part of the assembly process for cutting-edge products.
• Conduct on-the-job training and act as a line trainer to ensure adherence to work instructions and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams to resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement.
• Manage labeling, packing, palletizing, and the physical shifting of equipment using lifting tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate small teams within a production environment.
• English proficiency required for reading and understanding Work Instructions.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (Day/Night), including weekends and public holidays, following a 3-2-2-3 pattern.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for 4 to 7 hours and carry items up to 3 kg (up to 15 kg for packing roles).
• Prior experience as a senior operator, trainer, or line/cell lead.
