What you will do

• Sustain critical backend manufacturing processes by monitoring daily yield, test time, and key process indicators.
• Develop automation, control scripts, and data crunching tools using Python, C, C++, and SQL.
• Perform structured root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, and DMAIC methodologies.
• Develop and maintain Test Process Documentation, including work instructions, PFMEA, and control plans.
• Collaborate with equipment and automation teams to optimize process equipment and refine recipes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and sustainability.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in manufacturing process environments and failure analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be based in Singapore (Woodlands)

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Python, C, C++, or SQL for automation and data analysis.
• Experience supporting documentation such as work instructions, PFMEA, or control plans.
