Service Engineer (Infection Control)

What you will do

• Perform installation, commissioning, repair, and preventive maintenance services at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical faults in medical equipment.
• Implement field service corrective actions (FSCA) according to established procedures.
• Manage technical communication with customers, providing explanations and setting expectations.
• Complete service checklists and administrative documentation accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with the Training Academy to train new joiners and distributors.

Requirements

• ITE and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent medical device education.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in medical equipment installation and maintenance.
• Ability to travel and support South East Asia (SEA) as required.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret service manuals and follow maintenance guidelines.
• Fluency in verbal and written English.
