What you will do

• Act as the on-site engineering representative to ensure fast and high-quality transition of new products to manufacturing.
• Bridge communication between global HW engineering teams and Singapore manufacturing operations to shorten feedback loops.
• Manage BOM definitions, completeness, and correctness verification during prototype builds.
• Drive the implementation and validation of Engineering Change Orders (ECO) on the production line.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Design Engineering (MDE) to define and optimize production processes and testing methodologies.
• Define New Product service requirements, including Field Replacement Units (FRUs) and packaging/shipment standards.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in NPI, manufacturing engineering, or transfer to production.
• Proficiency with PLM systems (e.g., Enovia) and CAD modeling tools (e.g., Creo).
• Strong expertise in BOM management, product configuration, and documentation control.
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Ability to travel regularly to Israel, UK, and USA to collaborate with designers.

• Experience in semiconductor or complex system manufacturing.
